According to Android Police, the Amazon Music App’s latest update gives you the option to turn on Loudness Normalization, a process that attempts to maintain a consistent volume from song to song. Take that, Loudness War!
Also added is Gapless playback which is uninterrupted playback of consecutive audio tracks. This is great for concept albums that are meant to be listened to from beginning to end.
